A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly ground coffee, a mix of smoked chillies, and coconut sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness, rich aromatics and heat. Rub generously on meat or veg for a smokey and sweet flavour. Perfect for steaks, but even better on low-and-slow cuts: ribs, brisket and other slow roasting joints. Great on mushrooms and tofu too. For best results leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, overnight if you’re good at planning ahead. Check out this bonkers Asado lamb cooked by our good pal Connor at Fed By Field. Contains sea salt, so no need to salt your dish before using. Field Blends are small batch, blended by hand, and packaged in a camp sized, reusable tin.
