Squeeze out any excess water for heavier garments, without wringing. • Dry woollens flat on a rack, placing a towel underneath to absorb any drips.

You have 14 days to return your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and new  condition. Please provide us with a copy of your receipt or bank statement as a proof of purchase. We can offer an exchange if you no longer have the receipt.
